These gourmet handmade potstickers offer a delicious twist on a classic favourite. Each dumpling is filled with perfectly seasoned beef mince and an indulgent centre of gooey melted cheese, creating a rich and satisfying bite. The wrappers feature a vibrant natural red hue from beetroot purée, making them as eye-catching as they are flavourful.

Pan-fry to achieve the signature crispy golden base and juicy filling for a premium potsticker experience at home.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen.

1. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
2. Arrange potstickers in a single layer, pleated side facing up.
3. Add enough water to lightly cover the base of the pan and cover immediately with a lid.
4. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
5. Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
