Ritzy Prawn Potstickers (20 pcs)
These handmade potstickers are generously filled with fresh prawns, seasoned minced pork, and seasonal vegetables, enhanced with ginger, rice wine, and oyster sauce for a rich, savoury flavour. The wrappers feature a natural sunny yellow colour from carrot purée, creating a vibrant and appetising finish.
Pan-fry to achieve the signature crispy golden base and juicy filling for an authentic potsticker experience at home.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
- Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Arrange potstickers in a single layer, pleated side facing up.
- Add enough water to lightly cover the base of the pan and cover immediately with a lid.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
