Ritzy Prawn Dumplings (30 pcs)
Our handmade Ritzy Prawn Dumplings are generously filled with fresh prawns, seasoned minced pork, and seasonal vegetables, enhanced with ginger, rice wine, and oyster sauce for a rich, savoury flavour. The dumpling wrappers feature a natural sunny yellow colour from carrot purée, making them as visually appealing as they are delicious.
These dumplings can be steamed or boiled, offering a convenient and satisfying meal option for any occasion.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
Steam
- Line a steamer with parchment paper.
- Arrange dumplings in a single layer, slightly spaced apart.
- Steam over medium-high heat for approximately 10 minutes until fully cooked.
Boil
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add dumplings one at a time and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- When water returns to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 6–7 minutes.
- Drain and serve immediately.
