Our signature Taiwanese-style pork potstickers are filled with seasoned minced pork, rich home-made bone broth, ginger, spring onions, and fresh seasonal vegetables, delivering a juicy and flavourful bite with every dumpling. Pan-fry to achieve the classic crispy golden base and tender filling for an authentic potsticker experience at home.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
Pan-Fry (Recommended)
- Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Arrange potstickers in a single layer, pleated side facing up.
- Add enough water to lightly cover the base of the pan and cover immediately with a lid.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
