Original Pork Dumplings – Taiwanese Style (30 pcs)
Our classic Taiwanese-style pork dumplings are generously filled with seasoned minced pork, rich home-made bone broth, ginger, spring onions, and fresh seasonal vegetables, creating a juicy and flavourful dumpling that is perfect for everyday meals or sharing.
These dumplings can be steamed or boiled, making them a convenient and delicious option for quick home cooking.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
Steam
- Line a steamer with parchment paper.
- Arrange dumplings in a single layer, slightly spaced apart.
- Steam over medium-high heat for approximately 10 minutes until fully cooked.
Boil
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add dumplings one at a time and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- When water returns to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 6–7 minutes.
- Drain and serve immediately.
