Coriander Chicken Dumplings / Potstickers (20 pcs)
Our handmade coriander chicken dumplings are crafted using free-range chicken, slow-simmered 6-hour bone broth, fresh coriander, and crunchy water chestnuts, delicately balanced with ginger and sesame oil for a rich, authentic flavour.
Expertly folded for versatility, these dumplings can be boiled or steamed for a classic dumpling experience, or pan-fried to create crispy-bottomed potstickers.

Cooking Instructions
Cooking times are guidelines only. For best results, cook directly from frozen.
Pan-Fry (Potstickers)
- Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Arrange potstickers in a single layer, pleated side up.
- Add enough water to just cover the base of the pan and cover immediately with a lid.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes with lid on.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
Boil
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
- Add dumplings one at a time and stir gently to prevent sticking.
- Once water returns to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for approximately 6 minutes.
- Drain, drizzle lightly with sesame oil, and serve.
Dipping Sauce
Mix the flavour pack with:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
