Salt & Pepper Chicken Baozi (8 pcs)
Juicy free-range chicken marinated in fragrant salt and pepper seasoning, wrapped in a pillowy soft bao bun and enriched with a 6-hour slow-simmered bone broth for extra flavour and tenderness. These savoury baozi deliver a comforting, authentic Asian street-food experience at home.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen.
Pan-Fry (7 minutes)
- Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Arrange baozi in a single layer, spaced evenly apart.
- Add approximately 100ml cold water and cover immediately with a lid.
- Cook for 7 minutes until the water has evaporated and the bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
Steam (12 minutes)
- Line the steamer with the complimentary parchment paper.
- Arrange baozi in a single layer, slightly spaced apart.
- Steam over medium-high heat for approximately 12 minutes until heated through.
Microwave (1 minute)
Place frozen baozi on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave on high for approximately 1 minute or until heated through. Serve immediately.
