Product Details

Authentic Korean-style sweet potato glass noodles, prized for their smooth chewy texture and excellent ability to absorb flavours. A must-have ingredient for classic Korean Japchae, stir-fries, hot pots, and soups.

Made from sweet potato starch, these noodles remain pleasantly springy after cooking and bring a restaurant-quality finish to your dishes.

Net weight: 500g
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Cooking Instructions – How to Prepare

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add vermicelli noodles and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft but chewy.
  3. Drain and rinse briefly with cold water to stop cooking.
  4. Cut noodles slightly shorter if desired, then use for japchae, stir-fries or soups.

Quick Japchae Tip

After boiling, toss the noodles lightly with a small amount of sesame oil and soy sauce before stir-frying — this prevents sticking and allows the noodles to absorb flavour evenly.
