Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls with Signature Green Aioli (Vegan)
Golden crispy spring rolls filled with fresh seasonal vegetables, aromatic shiitake mushrooms, and crunchy water chestnuts for the perfect balance of flavour and texture. Each pack includes our signature vegan Green Aioli dipping sauce, made with fresh herbs and pineapple for a refreshing sweet-savory finish.

Cooking Instructions
Cook from frozen for best results.
Shallow Fry
- Heat enough vegetable oil in a pan for shallow frying (sunflower or coconut oil recommended).
- Once oil is hot, gently place spring rolls into the pan and reduce heat to medium.
- Fry in batches for 6–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towel before serving.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Lightly brush spring rolls with vegetable oil.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
