Tender free-range chicken fillets coated in a light, crispy gluten-free batter, delivering the authentic taste of Taiwan’s famous night-market Salt & Pepper Chicken. Juicy on the inside and golden crisp on the outside, this ready-to-heat favourite makes the perfect bao filling, rice topping, or snack.
Each pack includes a complimentary Taiwanese spice packet — lightly sprinkle over the chicken after cooking to finish the dish with its signature street-food flavour.

Cooking Instructions
Guidelines only. For best results, defrost for approximately 30 minutes before cooking.
Grill / Oven Grill (15 minutes)
- Preheat oven to grill setting.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.
- Remove chicken from packaging and spread evenly on the tray.
- Grill for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the complimentary spice packet lightly over the chicken before serving.
Air Fry (7 minutes)
- Remove chicken from packaging and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C for approximately 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the complimentary spice packet lightly over the chicken before serving.
