In stock: 3 available
Product Details

Light, delicate bean vermicelli noodles made from mung bean starch, known for their smooth texture and excellent ability to absorb flavours. These versatile glass noodles cook quickly and are perfect for soups, stir-fries, spring roll fillings, salads, and hot pots.

A staple ingredient in many Asian kitchens, ideal for quick everyday meals or restaurant-style dishes at home.

Net weight: 250g
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place vermicelli in a bowl and cover with hot water.
  2. Soak for 5–7 minutes until softened.
  3. Drain well and use directly in stir-fries, soups, or dumpling fillings.

    Chef Tip

For stir-fries, soak until just softened (slightly firm), then finish cooking in the wok with sauce — this allows the noodles to absorb maximum flavour without becoming soggy.
